Don't let anybody fool you, Dr. Cox is a detail-type question writer.
You need to be certain to understand the details in his packets.
However, I would NOT try to get the details down until your second pass
through the notes.
As a general rule, any time he puts
"handwriting" on his drawings or diagrams, it is generally "important"
to him. Also, if he discusses a particular drug, then I would just keep
that drug in the back of your mind.
